Recently, I attended an event that celebrated the top performers across various industries. The day was filled with inspiring moments, not only in recognizing success but in hearing from a panel of incredible speakers. Each shared their unique challenges, successes, and experiences, offering valuable insight and wisdom. As I reflected on the conversations shared both on stage and in the room, one thing became clear to me: everyone has their own story to tell.
Somewhere in this world, we made it acceptable for the loud voices to overcome the silent ones without checking facts, and over time, it’s become the norm. We turn our cheek the other way, convincing ourselves it’s easier not to dig deeper, but in reality, we need to pay more attention. What happened to authenticity?
