Anyah’s journey in marketing began in Southern California, where she grew up working in real estate while attending school. She bought and sold homes, originated loans, and learned early on how strong relationships drive lasting business. After relocating to Las Vegas during the city’s real estate boom, she expanded her expertise across both real estate and lending.

In 2008, she faced personal and professional challenges with the market downturn and the birth of her daughter. That season became a turning point. She returned to the industry stronger, supporting Las Vegas’ top-producing agent in selling over 900 homes in one year.

As the market evolved, so did her career. Anyah progressed from Marketing Manager to Business Development to Executive, building full-scale marketing departments and launching brands from the ground up. Her leadership has consistently focused on strategy, storytelling, and meaningful connection.

Today, as Co-owner of Level24 Marketing in Las Vegas, Anyah brings over a decade of hands-on experience in B2B marketing strategy, brand development, and business growth. She has helped scale companies from $80 million to over $800 million in annual production by identifying marketing gaps and creating strategies that resonate.
