I started in Real Estate and Lending back in 2000, right out of Southern California while I was still in school. I bought and sold homes, originated loans, and learned early on that business is really about relationships.
When I moved to Las Vegas during the real estate boom, I grew fast. Then 2008 hit. The market crashed, I had just had my daughter, and I questioned everything about where my career was going. But I came back stronger. I ended up supporting the #1 agent in Las Vegas in selling over 900 homes in a single year.
From there, my career kept evolving. Marketing Manager. Business Development. Executive. I built marketing departments from scratch, launched brands, and helped scale a company from $80 million to over $800 million in annual production. Through all of it, the one thing that never changed was my focus on real connection.
Today, as Co-Founder of Level24 Marketing, I bring over two decades of hands-on experience to every client we work with. I've sat in the seats our clients sit in. I've been the agent, the lender, and the consumer. That perspective is what makes the marketing we create feel different. It's not just strategy on paper. It's built from understanding how people actually think and make decisions.
For me, marketing is personal. I don't create content and walk away. I measure it, I tweak it, and I make sure it's working. My involvement isn't just in my head. It's in my heart too.
